As some of you may know, Facebook is a huge success in Colombia, with more than 1.3 million users. In November 2007, Facebook Pages was launched, "where users can become more deeply connected with your business or brand". Then, some prominent figures (or their fans) created their Pages were created. Let’s see how many famous Colombian people are in Facebook Pages today.

Interestingly, more popular celebrities have no Facebook pages, though a lot have a profile (some of them admitting as "friends" almost anyone who requests it). On the other hand, former presidential candidate Antanas Mockus has no Facebook page, but an open profile with more than 3,000 friends. I’ll let you do the rest of the analysis.
